About Caldwell Industries

Caldwell Industries originally started as a leather tannery in 1865 located in Auburn, KY. The business evolved into leather lace for shoes and sporting goods and eventually into die-cutting of non-metallic materials.

In 1985 the present owners bought the die-cutting operations and started the injection molding operation in 1987 which is located in Louisville, KY. During early 2009 the die-cutting operations will be moved into the newly completed 35,000 square feet expansion.
